2. W.I.H.E. Festival - Luke Nye, Shoreham-by-Sea, England

Why England? Why indeed? It was inevitable, for we are special. Oh yes, special I say. We had an Empire don't you know, a third of the world was pink. Yhe industrial revolution. It started here, not somewhere else. Oh yes. Two world wars too.

Charles de Gaulle blocked our joining of the European club, we wouldn't play by the rules he said, and he was right. Whilst in we want opt outs, and now we're leaving we want opt ins. We wish to eat cake, with cherries, and icing and chocolate sparkles. All the benefits with none of the costs. It had to be England, for we need to make Britain Great again, like we once were before. We joined a club and were told what to do. We won't be told what to do, oh no, so off we go to unicorn filled sunlit uplands.

Why England? We've an island mentality that we're different, you know, special and we've a press run by tax dodging non-doms that has been dissing the EU for forty years.

Brexit is the undefined being negotiated by the unprepared in order to get the unspecified for the uninformed.
